Post RobotC saving
I accidently replaced my program with another. Is there any way to recover my old program because I don't have any backup except the program on the NXT

Check your recycle bin. At least on my system, ROBOTC moves the old program version to the recycle bin and puts the new one in its place whenever you compile it.

I agree with BurningLights; check your Recycle Bin to see if the ROBOTC program file is still in there. Once a program is sent to the NXT, it is converted into a machine-code file (with a .rxe file extension). While you can see these files on the NXT and can copy them back onto your computer (using the 'Robot -> LEGO Brick -> File Management Utility' menu option), you will not be able to open or edit them in ROBOTC.

On an side note, you can disable ROBOTC's auto-copying of source files to the recycle bin (instead of automatic deletion) by navigating to the 'View -> Preferences -> Detailed Preferences -> Editor' menu in ROBOTC and unchecking the 'Move Source Files to recycle bin instead of delete' option.
