Post Initialzation issue with NXTcam v4?
Hey all,
So I've been trying to integrate the nxtCam into a project involving tracking a red puck across a white table. The only issue is the the "NXTcamGetBlobs" function is retuning a -1 meaning it had an error. I'm using Xanders driver suite and I've tried just running the demo program that came with the suite but to no effect. It still returns a -1. Is it possible that I'm initializing the camera incorrectly? Is there some other critical step I'm missing? Everything compiles okay with two warnings pertaining to the display functions which shouldn't have an affect on how the camera functions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Devin.

**Update**
So, It works now, I'd delete this post but it might be helpful to others. Apparently you need to completely disconnect the camera from your computer in order for it to work. Not 100% sure why, but you do. Any explanation on this?

That is probably due to the wonky EV3 auto-id stuff that's in the kernel. I have made it a bit more reliable, but it can still be quite finicky with some 3rd party sensors.
