Post EV3 datalog
Hello,
For datalogTest of EV3, when I run a code such as the following about ten times or increase the number of iterations, 'Failure Reading brick status more' displayed at the left edge of the screen and EV3 freezes.

Code:
task main()
{

   if (!datalogOpen(0, 4, false))
      writeDebugStreamLine("Unable to open datalog");

   for (int i = 0;i < 2; i++)
   {
      datalogAddChar(0, 1 + i);
      datalogAddShort(1, 9000 + i);
      datalogAddLong(2, 2388738 + i);
      datalogAddFloat(3, 678.98 / (i + 1));
   }

   datalogClose();
}

Why is this such a thing happen? Cause is not know. we are very troubled.

(Firmware:EV3 LinuxImage_107X)

Hey there,

Here's a modified robotc.so firmware file. To upload the new ROBOTC firmware, perform the following steps:
Set the menu level to "Expert" by navigating to the Window menu and click on "Menu Level": https://imgur.com/DYWVTj8
Next download the custom firmware by clicking on the Choose File from the Robot->Download Firmware sub menu: https://imgur.com/VZEaiTG
Select the robotc.so file that I have included in this zip file.
Wait while the file is loaded onto your brick (should not take long)

Regards,
Xander

Thanks for your response.

Like you said, I uploaded the new ROBOTC firmware. However, the problem wasn't solved.
There is no change. Is there anything else that I have to improve? :crying: :crying:

I assume you are using ROBOTC 4.32? If not, you must upgrade first, install the 1.07X Linux kernel and then the firmware I gave you.

I am sorry but with the new librobotc.so, I cannot reproduce your issue. Could you please try uploading the new firmware again and make sure you use the librobotc.so that I attached to the previous post?
