Post Edimax wifi adaptor with EV3
I am not very good with Linux. Can someone help me out and put the edimax drivers in the 1.07x firmware?

I have found the edimax driver source code:

Thank you.

I am sorry but that is not a trivial task to accomplish. The Linux kernel on the EV3 has been modified by LEGO to make it work with just one single driver. I have tried to make it work with others but that didn't go very well. Right now there's only one dongle that is supported by the EV3 and that's the Netgear WNA1100.

I have found instructions for "cooking" the driver.

Could you pass me the 1.07x source code?

I'll take a shot at it. The worse that could happen is bricking the brick. I have a few for experimentation.

^$%^#&*)(%$#@%^&*%$#@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roadblock when trying to get the CodeBench Lite TRIAL edition:

Doesn't look like I'm going to get anywhere with this. I am not paying $300 for the personal license just to try this.

I have found the Windows toolchain as well. You can download both from here: https://mega.co.nz/#F!GlR23azT!TDLUIs3DWjK0xufvPxpgvA
