Hello all, I'm wondering how battery level effects settings, such as motor power/timming, IR light calibrations, US readings....etc, etc.

At lower battery levels top speed for motors will be reduced.
At very low battery levels, it may not be high enough to actually write your progrms to the NXT flash memory. Everything will work fine and then seems to break when you download program. RobotC tries to check for this.
Sensors should function identically at all battery levels. Except longest detection range for Ultrasonic sensor may be reduced.
