Post NXT brick emulator
I am working on a group project dealing with programming this device, and I only have access to the device about once or twice a week.

I would like an emulator for the device so I can write and test code without having to have physical access to this device. It would be nice if it could also demonstrate output and how the devices would work (show an animated motor while the motor would be spinning, then stop after an appropriate time dictated by the program, etc. ). This is not absolutely necessary, but would sure be nice.

Is there any way I can test and debug code while I don't have physical access to the NXT brick?

Hey sehku17,

I have not heard anything about a NXT emulator, Microsoft Robot Studio has some sort of simulator for the NXT but I'm not exactly sure what it does. I may suggest buying a second NXT brick, you can get them individually and don't have to buy a whole kit. They cost about $135 US dollars.

NXT from Lego Education: ... =1&t=0&l=0

Hope this helps B-)

Mmmm Legos B-)
