Yes... and no.

For continuous rotation servos, you can force it to move at a specified angular velocity (assuming that it is not mechanically impeded). Otherwise, you'll need to constantly change the servo target within a loop over the range of motion you want.

There are many different Sensors that you can use as well that can cause your robot's motors to move at different speeds.

As an example you can have it so that your motor speed is equal to the amount of sound that is in the room.

Motor[motorA] = SensorValue(soundSensor);
Motor[motorB] = SensorValue(soundSensor);

I hope this gives you a little more infomation.

(p.s. you need to use the Motor and Sensor setup in the Robot drop down menu to set the name e.g. "soundSensor" in the above example)
