Post Compiled RobotC code won't update on NXT block
We are really baffled. We have been writing different version of our tele-operated program in Robot C and downloading them to the NXT brick via Samantha. We have done this hundreds of times with no issue until today. When we download and compile a new program it shows up on the NXT brick but the software behaves exactly like the old versions. Yes, we have changed the name of the programs to ensure we are getting a proper download but regardless of what we download none of the revisions take effect. We even tried commenting out certain joystick commands, deleting the old programs from the NXT brick, and downloading the new program but...the joystick commands still worked exactly as they did in the deleted version. Has this ever happened to anyone else before...can it be an issue with the flash memory in the NXT brick?

You could try downloading it over USB and see if that works. Sometimes weird stuff can happen with wireless connections.
