So, I have version 3.65 of RobotC for VeX Cortex. I am attempting to use the "resetMotorEncoder" command and it is not registering as a command. (Black Text) But instead, it works with "nMotorEncoder = #". Is there a way to fix this?

Do you have Natural Language enabled in platform type? Remember resetMotorEncoder is a NL 2.0 command and will not work unless it is selected.

I'm not sure why I never come across that as a solution. But that fixed it. Thank you so much.

So, I thought it had worked, but this was not the issue. It simply tried to correct to a command that i had entered. So it would auto complete like it was an actual command. I still do not have the "resetmotorencoder" command.

So my guess is that this function did not exist in ROBOTC 3.65. If you would prefer to use this function rather than nMotorEncoder you can put this line at the top of your file.

Code:
#define resetMotorEncoder(_port) nMotorEncoder[_port]=0
