How do i get the Ultrasonic sensor distance for one side?

I was wondering how do i program my ultrasonic to get the distance from one side. I can program it to check the continuous distance away from it with a while loop. I was wondering how to do this in one instance when the robot is not moving?

Can you specify exactly what your question is? To get the distance just once, use


	Code: SensorValue[ultrasonic sensor];
