We need help!

We have not been able to to get out cortex to communicate with the remotes. We have upgrade all the software including the firmware to all the remotes and cortex. We are getting zero response to the uploaded programs. The computer lets us they are compiled and downloadednothing happens. We have down this with several robots and differnet USB connections but nothing happens. We have double check the programs ... We have run out of ideas. Can anyone send us in the right direction?

I am having simillar problems, and when I try to sync the VEXnet motion controller to the VEX Cortex the LED on the VEX Cortex will not turn on.

I would suggest taking a look through our online Cortex setup guide, which walks through how to set up a VEXNet connection with the Cortex. This will help eliminate all of the basic steps that need to be taken and can help us debug these problems further.

Also, if possible, I would suggest trying different combinations of VEXNet keys to make sure it's not a bad key(s) that is causing the problem.

Once the VEXNet guide has been followed, please let us know what happens when you download a program via VEXNet, the colors of the lights on both the Cortex and the VEXNet Controller, and any other relevant information you are able to provide.

My high school class has built 3 Clawbots by Vex and we are having the same problems with the USB remotes. They have been exchanged throughout the groups, so I am sure they are not in their original pairings. Only one clawbot works while being tethered. Please suggest options for repair/reload.
This is my first time using a forum, so please forgive me if I am in the wrong area for this query.
