Post Saving Cortex variable data to a PC
I have a VEX Cortex processor with RobotC v3.60. I have a lot of data stored in variables that I would like to get to a file in my PC. It is stored in an integer array with 5000 elements. The data appears in the debug window but it is locked out from cutting the data and appears as if there is no way to save the variables to a file such as CSV format. I cannot see a way to open a file on the Cortex and write the variables to a file either. Can someone recommend a method to save this data.

Use Writedebugstream, you can format the data to appear in a CSV format of choice, you can copy paste from the debugstream window.

This link details the Debug Stream:
http://www.robotc.net/support/vex/WebHelpCortex/index.htm#page=robotc_debugger/traditional/Debugger%20Vs.%20Traditional%20Methods.htm

Unfortunately my version of RobotC 3.60 for Vex Cortex does not include the DEBUG STREAM as an option on the DEBUG WINDOWS pull down menu as shown. It is also missing the SYSTEM PARAMETERS, CALL STACK, and CALL STATUS.

Is this is a bug or a lost feature or a feature that never was implemented?

You may need to change your Menu Level settings to 'Expert' or 'Super User' in order to see the advanced debugger windows. To do this, navigate to the 'Window -> Menu Level' option in ROBOTC and select the appropriate option.
