The first question: can use third-party I2C sensor? Such as: the acceleration sensor, the compass sensor, infrared temperature sensor. How to write a program?
The second question: block can support EEPROM? I would like to store some data in the process of the program is run, turn it on again after power off, you can read out the data stored in the block from the EEPROM, how to do?

ROBOTC does not use blocks, it uses a text-based programming language. Do you mean NXT-G? I am sure it is possible, but it'll be quite a lot of work to do it in NXT-G. If you're using ROBOTC, then I would recommend you download my Driver Suite (link is at the bottom of the page) and take a look at eeprom-test1.c and eeprom-test2.c
