Post Drive selection for Dual axis tracker
Dear all,

I need suggestion for selection of worm gear for Dual axis tracker. I know it is basic,Since i am not aware of choosing it could some one help me out.

I need guideline for warm gear selection single axis tracker and dual axis tracker.
1) what are point need to be considered for calculation
2)relation between gear ratio ,torque and speed.
3)which motor will perform better on worm gear box and why??
4)radial and axial load calculation in below data sheet

What type of robotics platform are you using (LEGO Mindstorms, VEX Cortex, etc)? Also, depending on the platform, you may find better luck researching this answer over the internet as this is the ROBOTC forum and you'll generally find better help with coding questions.
