Post Need help making a swing arm return to start position!!!
This forum has taught me many thing in a short time...So I am hoping for a miracle agin today.

I am working on a NXT with Tetrix motors and controllers with my daughter for her middle school FTC team. We have made several changes to our design and now the latest requires a swing arm (a bat if you will ) to swing at full speed in a 180 degree arc and return to its start position in both Teleop and autonomous because our bot has grown to high on one side for a full swing. The swing arm is attached to a motor with an encoder.
We have tried a timed swing , encoder targeting and just straight positioning with no luck. I know RobotC can do anything but at this stage in our programming lives.....we are lacking in skill and know how.

Any help will be much appreciated....
