Post Where to get non-programming help
Does anyone know where I can go to get answers to questions on building with tetrix? I have posted to this forum thinking it may be a programming issue. Nothing seems to help so I am now thinking I have something wired wrong, but I do not know where to go. I tried the FTC forum under "robot" but I received a message saying I do not have privleges to post. I would appreciate any help resources, including a phone number to speak to a live person.

Thanks,
nelson

Pitsco is the maker of the hardware.

Telephone: To order, call 800-835-0686. For technical support, call 800-358-4983. From outside of the U.S., call 620-231-0010. Our friendly and savvy staff is in the office Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. central time. However, the office is closed on some national holidays.

That's your best bet.

Pitsco is good as well as Chief Delphi. They have a good FTC forum along with experienced members who are sure to meet your needs. :D. Along with FTC lab.
