Servo Motor Won't Activate

Post Servo Motor Won't Activate
We can't seem to get our servo motor to activate. We have changed out the servo motor and controller, updated the NXT Firmware, but our code still won't activate the motor. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it a continuous rotation servo?
