IR Seeker Trouble

 IR Seeker TroubleWe just got an infrared seeker from HiTechnic. According to the HiTechnic website, the commands become available through a driver that I download. I downloaded the driver, but I am lost trying to install it. Does anybody know how to install the driver? If not and you are using an infrared seeker, how? Thanks in advance!
