Sorry that this is such a basic question, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere to this.
I want to program my bot to start an automated behavior when I press a bumper.
I wrote the same program that I would for a physical robot, but when I entered into RVW I couldn't activate the bumper. Is there a way to hit the bumper manually other than just running the robot into a wall or something similar?
If there is a place where I should have found the answer then let me know and I can probably avoid more basic questions.

Great question! As of now, there is not a way to manually activate the touch sensor, but I may have an alternation solution.
In the challenge pack for EV3 and VEX IQ, there is a touch sensor table that start the robot with its touch sensor pressed. This table name is called "Try It! Forward until touch." Also you must start at "Point B" in order to start the robot pressed against a box.
