 ROBOTC on Arduino?
http://www.education.rec.ri.cmu.edu/fire/multi-robot/index.phpStumbled across this the other day. Not sure if the ROBOTC team was wanting to keep this on the down-low until it was ready (as I have not seen/heard anything else about it), but it looks too cool not to post something. So, anything you can share with us?

 Re: ROBOTC on Arduino?
ROBOTC for the Arduino is going through its final testing. We are very excited to be able to offer another platform that ROBOTC will work with. There will be a release of the ROBOTC software in September.

I think that was written in August of 2010. Did RobinShoop mean September of 2011?

 Re: ROBOTC on Arduino?
I have no idea Obviously things got a bit delayed. I am in the alpha tester group and so far we've had two alpha builds to play with but there is still quite a bit of work that needs to be done. - Xander

 Re: ROBOTC on Arduino?
Any status update on the RobotC port for Arduino? Been a while since anything has been posted on it. Some way cool Arduino shields, like the one that will take nxt motors and sensors. Be nice to be able to program with RobotC.

 Re: ROBOTC on Arduino?
Marshalk, I'm with you. Would be nice to know if the alpha release is ever going to go anywhere. I know the ROBOTC team has been really busy lately with other initiatives such as Planet H99, but to echo Marshalk's comments, I think there is still a group of folks anxious to see ROBOTC on Arduino.

 Re: ROBOTC on Arduino?
Hey guys, ROBOTC for Arduino isn't going to go away since it's part of the multi-robot communications research that's part of the CS2N site: http://www.cs2n.org/apps/multi-robotAs far as its progress, it's continually being tested by the multi-robot team. The progress has been slowed down a bit the past month because we have teacher training during the summers and Tim teaches those training sessions. No worries though, we don't let him sleep. Keep in mind though that the research is still ongoing. So basically, from this point on development should pick back up. Keep an eye on the blog for any significant updates though.
