Unable to program robot.. only 16 days left.

 Unable to program robot.. only 16 days left. and we are still not able to program.
We have tried to download the master firmware several times and it still isn't working. We do not know what the problem is, but the cortex's light still are not lighting up the way they should. We hav the lastest software and we are following the intructions on robot-c.net, but it still is not working. Help!

Re: Unable to program robot.. only 16 days left. Try turning off the cortex. Using a paperclip end, push and hold the config button...while turning it on. Then try to download.
Make sure you are using 2.31 Robot C. That cleared up a lot of the problems we were having with firmware and USB.
If it STARTS downloading and fails, just keep trying. When we were using 2.30 it was taking as many as 8 attempts before it would work without failing.
