I'd recommend uninstalling/reinstalling - it looks like the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistributables are causing the issue - "Fault Module Name: MSVCR90.dll"

Although the faulting module was MSVCR90.dll, the exception code was c0000417 which means STATUS_INVALID_CRUNTIME_PARAMETER. This really means whoever is calling the C run-time has passed an invalid parameter to it.
