Zinker; according to the
VEXnet Cortex User Guide provided by VEX, rapidly flashing green Game and Robot LED's mean the robot is in autonomous mode; it is probably running the code already on the Cortex. The yellow Joystick and VEXNet lights on the Joystick itself means two things; the joystick light means it has low battery (generally between 5.5v and 6.5v) and that the Joystick is searching for a mate. Charging the batteries on both the Cortex and VEXNet Joystick and then using the USB A-to-A cable to connect the Cortex directly to the VEXNet Joystick may solve the issue.
